Amorphous Solid Dispersions through Fluid Bed processing – more than granules and tablets
Fluid bed processing techniques can be used to produce amorphous solid dispersions (ASDs) with existing routine granulation and fluid bed equipment. Fluid bed solvent granulation, fluid bed pellet coating, and fluid bed pellet production offer an array of ASD physical forms that provide unique downstream opportunities for readily tableted or packaged ASD solids.
